An employee's sister was trapped on the 14th floor of an apartment building in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. The employee was frantically trying to get in touch with her to make sure she was okay. His sister's cell phone wouldn't make outgoing calls, but sporadically he could make calls in to her. He called Leverage Life and asked the Concierge to notify the authorities to make sure she was rescued. Thanks to the Concierge's call, his sister was indeed rescued. He followed up with the Concierge saying, "Thanks for your help in notifying authorities so they could rescue my sister - you are truly a life saver!" |

An employee of a pharmaceutical company contacted Leverage Life for assistance in planning a surprise for his wife's 40th birthday. Since her long-time dream was to attend the Oprah Winfrey Show, he wanted to purchase tickets to the show for her and her three friends. Our Concierge let him know that it was almost impossible to obtain these tickets, but assured him that she would try her best. Though next to impossible, the Concierge was indeed able to secure the tickets! The Concierge also planned a special surprise getaway for them afterwards. An executive at a bank passed away suddenly. The bank wished to provide a reception for the family. The bank contacted Leverage Life for assistance in putting together the reception for 30 people in just two days. Despite the fact that the bank changed catering choices the morning of the reception, the Concierge was able to cater, deliver, and set up a tasteful reception on time.
