The site is secure and transaction based, so members can safely make purchases of products and services online, and also keep track of their transactions. Web sites can be customized according to client requirements.

Can services be requested telephonically? Yes, calls are answered immediately by a live person 24/7, 365 days a year.

What services can you provide on-site? We offer a variety of on-site services such as dry cleaning, car washing, and errand running. We also provide themed and monthly events, such as vendor, health and wellness fairs, partner events, HR-assisted events, and any other customized support specific to your company.

What qualifications do your specialists have? Our Concierge staff are highly trained customer service professionals. Many of our Concierge specialists have previously worked in the hotel industry, event planning, or as high-level customer service representatives.
